Thank you!

Thank you to all that attended the APA Wayzgoose at the Hamilton Wood Type & Printing Museum in Two Rivers, Wisconsin. We had a delightful time and are so excited that you could all make it! We have posted some photos on our facebook page of the weekend. Even if you don’t have a facebook account you can still view the album. Just click here! Thanks again and best wishes to everyone!

Keepsakes

Hip-Hip-Hooray! The APA Wayzgoose is fast approaching. The museum is prepped and we are looking forward to your attendance. If you would like to bring a printed keepsake for the goodie bags that all attendees will be receiving please bring 100 of your keepsakes. Drop them off when you register, we will pack each bag with all the keepsakes, then the goodie bags will be given out on Saturday. If it is easier for you to send them before you arrive please have them mailed (with arrival by June 19th) to:

Can’t wait to see you in Two Rivers!

Spaces Available

Since registration is via mail with a check many people have been curious as to the spaces available for both the conference and the workshops. So we will try to keep this space updated with the remaining spaces available.

As of May 6th, 2014 the APA Wayzgoose is nearly half full. So there are still plenty of spaces available if you would like to join us for the weekend of June 19th-21st. You can check the Workshops web page to see how many spaces are still available in each workshop. This will be updated each Thursday (and more often as the information is available).

Registration for the APA 2014 Wayzgoose is Open

The Amalgamated Printers’ Association will be holding their annual Wayzgoose at the Hamilton Wood Type & Printing Museum this year the weekend of June 19-22nd, 2014 in Two Rivers, Wisconsin. The APA consists of both professional and amateur letterpress printers, whose emphasis is on the exchange of members’ letterpress printing and information on sources of equipment and better printing practices. This Wayzgoose is a three-day affair and includes an auction, a flea market of printers’ treasures, tours of the museum, and workshops. A major highlight of this gathering is visiting with other kindred spirits who love letterpress.

Registration is now open to the public as well as APA members. Please use this site to find all the most updated schedule information, get the paperwork to register for the Wayzgoose, and find out about available workshops and presentations.

Registration will be limited to 125 attendees, so sign up now!
